Six weeks ago had incisional hernia repair....Exercising?

Just curious as to what kind of exercising individuals are doing after having an incisional hernia repair? My Surgeon repaired it with mesh, it was a pretty large hernia. I just don't want to cause any damage or have a reoccurence. Thanx
