What exactly will insurance pay for?

I am six months post-op down 103 pounds and as I loose more weight it is very obvious that I will be needing a plastic surgeon. I have a hernia as well that needs to be repaired so I have heard that my tummy tuck will be fairly easy to get approval for. But I know I will need a total body lift as well as a breast lift. I would like to hear from longer term post-op people that have had a body lift or if you know someone that has had one. Will insurance pay for this (body lift) and how hard was it to get approval? How much does a body lift usaully cost out of pocket? If you have had a body lift could you tell me a little about your experience and if you are happy with the results and scars? Thanks so much!
