Why does it always hurt under my left breast toward incision?

I looked this up but I wonder if anyone can elaborate.Does it go away?It feels "too tight" somehow.I thought it was because I was too full, but I also feel it first thing in the morning before I've eaten, as well as throughout the day.Especially if I stand up straight.
