after 5 months postop, my incision line is bothering me from the inside!

Lately when I sneeze or cough,or exert any abdominal pressure, I can feel a twinge along my rny incision line. I thought I might be having problems because of some medication (celebrex) acting against healing, but the doctor says no - it is part of the healing process and people heal differently. Anyone else experience this? I'm really concerned.
