I have 4 already scanned pix of me, pre/post op.

How do I get them posted on the bottom of my profile? They are scanned from Photo Suite. I'd like to put them on the bottom of my profile, since I have before and after pix. How do I get them on the bottom of my profile, when I am nearly computer illiterate? LOL! Thank you in advance for your VERY EASY instructions of how to get them placed.
