I need help with buying a strapless bra

Since I've had RNY in May of 2001, I've lost 140#s. Yahoo! Problem is I need a strapless bra for a cocktail dress for Christmas party. The boobs are flat, empty socks that hang down to the belly button. How do I find something to put them in that will work for a dress with spagetti straps? I used to be a 46 DD and now I wear a 34C because I can't find a 32 C even at Victoria's Secret! Anyone offer any advice?
