Is there anyone out there who has United Healthcare EPO, who was waiting on approval? Did you build a repoire with a certain rep? I see some have gotten approval in 1-2 days. Why does it take so long? My info actually was faxed on 04/03/03 as of today 04/16/03 I haven't heard anything.
