Has anyone had their legs do this?

I have lost 117 lbs since my open RNY on 3/6/02. I started out wearing size 4X and now I can wear an XL in many things and size 20 in slacks. I definitely will need a TT and I have bat wings. I can deal with that. But my legs look awful. My thighs have slimmed and I have loose skin. But then on down my legs aroung my knees my legs become bigger. And my calves are huge. This makes it very difficult to have pants fit in the waist, stomach, butts, hips and thighs and then be tight at the knees and calves. I exercise at Curves and I've lost many inches, but myknees and calves aren't decreasing hardly at all. It's like my thighs fell down to my knees. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do?
