Do you know of a plastic surgeon in the Kansas City area?

I live in Hutchinson, KS and am not having any luck locating a surgeon in my area. Does anyone know of a good plastic surgeon in the Kansas City area that does abdominoplasties, brachioplasties, and thigh lifts? They also have to being willing to help me fight the insurance (federal BC/BS)company if necessary. I also am wanting someone who has experience with bariatric patients. I want to have the insurance in the spring, but am searching now, because I figured it would take a while to go through all the hunting and hoops. Thanks
