Whats foods to eat

I am going to have the surgery and I was wondering in anyone could tell just what foods to eat. The brand and all I just don't know what to eat. I also have a friend that had the surgery and feels fine but she is going crazy wondering what to eat. She wants to have it reversed. She said it is all in the head. I wonder.
