Does anyone know anything about Dr. Murr in Tampa, FL?

I am considering Dr. Murr for my WLS. He is a surgeon at Tampa General. I've heard he's good, but my concern is that he's only done about 175 and 3 have died. I understand that one patient had heart problems prior and one refused to walk after surgery. Don't know about the 3rd. I know basically every surgeon loses a patient, but was wondering if this was high? Any thoughts or opinions? Thanks!
