What is this?

The BTC said they didn't need me to get a psych. eval. but BC/BS said I did...no problem there. But they also included this in my letter.... "Evidence that the patient is currently enrolled in a structured program that addresses the psycholoigical, behavioral, nutritional, and exercise needs of the patient with evidence of compliance. The program must continue postsurgery." Isn't what the whole program is about...seeing the dietician...post op labs...Dr.'s visits??? Your comments are most apprieciated!!!1
