Has anyone had a revision from VBG to RNY in Chicagoland Area?

I'd like to find anyone who has had a revision from VBG to RNY in the Chicagoland area (or other areas). I'm waiting for my appeal letter from Cigna PPO out of TN *Ugh*, to approve me or not. I had VBG in 1993 and my staple line disrupted about 3 years after I had the surgery, hence I gained the weight back *sigh*. Now I really need to have WLS and am scheduled for May 16th this year, and have had my Attorney General write on my behalf a well as my Dr's and myself letters for appeal to Cigna. All prayers are welcome and much needed, I can't take much more of this :(
