Do you have to pay the 10% of your surgery?

to the surgeon before surgery is to be done? Lord I hope not I was told I had to pay 750.00 before surgery but not the 10 % the insurance doesnt pay. I hope I wasnt misinformed its hard enough coming up with 750.00 Thanks,
