Is there some way to get rid of the oder and gas problems

i had my surgery 15 months ago i had the proxaml rny bypass.everything was fine until 4 months ago i started having alot of gas more so towards the evening the oder is bad ,my husband wants me to move out of the bed room be cause the smell is bad. i tried gas-x dosent work ,tried chloraphil no luck yet tried not eating carbs for a day still bad especially towards the evening. i only had a 100 lbs to lose i almost feel like having it reversed please help ,maybe your doctors might have some ideas.if you would like to talk my email address is [email protected] thanks for listening to my problem
