How do I resolve my gas and boul problem?

*Not sure what to do* would like to know if there is a soultion or somethig i can do for this gas and bowel oder problem that i am having.the gas problem is real bad at night and the oder from the gas is real bad to the point it gags me please help me find a soloution.
