What is Sinus Arrest with Super Vantricular Escape?

My EKG came back ABNORMAL. Should I be worried? I have to get Cardic Clearance now. Has anyone else ever heard of this? I see a specialist on Friday March 30,2001. My Surgery is Scheduled for April 6,2001. HELP!!!
