Why don't I get full.

I am also 3 weeks post op. I feel like I could eat anything. I had a very speedy recovery and am hungry all the time. I can eat fast and it doesn't bother me at all. I feel like it was a failure. Also, I lost weight the first week, but I haven't dropped an ounce since. What's happening!!! I'm depressed about it.
