Any advice for care after tummy tuck?

I am 18 mths post-op and getting ready to see a surgeon about my tummy tuck (and hopefully getting my breasts lifted). I was fortunate w/my original surgery to have someone to take care of me when I got home from the hospital but this one looks like I'm going to be on my own! I am looking for advice from anyone who had their tummy tuck and had to take care of themselves at home after and if there are any tricks to make it a little easier.
