Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change my old habits?
I realized that just because my stomach is smaller my habits haven't changed. I desparately want to make the risk I took by having this surgery worth it. My weight loss have slowed because I found I can have sugar (I wish I'd never tried it in the first place) and I tend to snack between meals. Maybe I don't need advice so much as a kick in the pants. I'm open to either. Thanks!
