I am over two years post op and gaining weight any suggestions?

I lost 62 lbs and still had another 40 to go when I started to gain weight. The doctor I had is now retired. We lived in MN and now live in Mitchellville, IA. Any suggestions on anyone who I could see to follow up. I did not come this far to fail. I know they say they can fix the body but they can't fix the mind but I really need help with this. There has to be something I am not doing right or something that needs to be worked out. Please help! We didn't have a support group or diet after the transition to regular food.
