Please pray for me!

I just had my phyche evaluation yesterday. On Aug. 22 I o for my EKG, blood work and chest x-ray. I need your prayers that my ins. will cover this surgery. All I do is think of this surgery and cannot motivate myself to get out of bed. I'm eating more and more and being less and less active. I have no energy. Does anyone out there relate to this. Please keep me in your prayers. I don't know what will become of me if I don't have this surgery. Thanks.
