From Eric : Do know anyone who died waiting for insurance approval?

Please spread the word, especially on any other lists you might be on.... We're collecting information on any people who died before surgery from obesity-related complications while waiting for their insurance companies to approve them. Please post as much detail about them as possible, including any contact info of survivors. Thank you very much.
