Post-op Diabetes, none Pre-op. Open RNY 4/10, -55 lbs and now diabetes?

Aarrgghhh!! I just got back from an appt with my PCP and he said the blood work I had done this a.m. shows elevated blood surgar. I was at 139 (not Fasting) - not real high, but I've never tested high before. (FBS in December was 102 and diabetic Hubby has tested me since then and it's never been elevated.) PCP said it could just be the stress of surgery. I go back in a few weeks for FBS and AC1 (A1C?). Anyone have this experience? Did your sugar go down to normal without treatment? Arrggghhh! I feel so good - open RNY 4/10 down 55 lbs. and now diabetes?!?!?
