WRONG ABOUT PROTEIN
Just wanted to contradict all my previous responses in the database about getting all my protein from food! I'll be 3 months post op in a few days - I eat about 1/2 what ate a month ago. My 'head hunger' and 'real hunger' have really subsided. There is no way I can get in all my protein from food anymore. I usually have one scoop of HDT Pro Blend 55 in the morning for breakfast, then another one in the evening before I work out. . . . and you know what else? I'm starting to look REALLY good!!! (smile).
