looking for any info on Dr. Alverdy from Chicago

My concerns are that he submitted a insurance claim for an Open Bypass and it is supose to be Laparoscopic. Second I am told that it is not completely done lap. I am understanding he makes a larger incision for a "hand assist procedure. Last I am trying to find any information on his 8 DEATHS out of 500 surgeries. I can't get a straight answer. I am being told he has only performed 120 or so laparscopic.
