What to use on stretch marks to get them to fade!

What did you use to get your stretch marks to fade? I am just under a month before my surgery and am worried that as I lose the extra me how do I get rid of stretch marks! I have been obese my whole life and I'm really worried about the deep stretch marks to!! What did you use?
