What can I do for pain relief?

Before my surgery I knew I was allergic to Tylenol and any other relations to it. They were kind of afraid to do the surgery because of the allgery but my surgeon assured me I could take motrin along with zantac and everything would be alright. Now I find out that motrin is having the same effect that Tylenol does to me. It's making my eyelids swell shut. I know the only other option will be aspirin and that is a big NO-NO. Is there anything else on the market?
