Has anyone had WLS with Dr. McFee from UT in San Antonio, TX?

My insurance (United Health Care) will only approve the WLS through him. He been doing a procedure called Gastric Jeyonal Bypass (stomach stapling) for 20 yrs. He's not a member of the American Bariatric Society & he doesn't follow patients after two years post-op, so he doesn't have statistics. I see him next Wed, 5-12-99, for my second consult. Any info/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
