Can someone help me find a PCP that supports WLS in or around Ocala, Florida?

I have been to two PCP's now, and neither one is supportive of WLS. I have a BMI of 53.3 w/co-morbidities. My first PCP wrote a letter of medical necessity, but then refused to do any follow through (doesn't believe in WLS); the second one says, "I put it in writing, there isn't anything else I can do." PLEASE HELP!!!
