After tummy tuck my left side- fascia doesnt feel like it has readheared, painfull.

I am 10 months post op panni, and the left side of my abdomen doesnt feel like it has readheared. I had a hip to hip incesion for the panni, but years ago I had a vertical incesion from my breast bone to below my navel. I also had my muscles tighted at the time a the panni. However now the right side feels like it has readheard, but the left feels very loose, and I can feel the friction when I bend over, and its painfull. More flesh was taken from the right side (durring open gallbladder)and the left has always been bigger with more skin and fat. Is it possable that since the muscles are tight and that there could be too much skin/flesh/fascia to readhear?
