Does anyone know if blue cross pers choice covers wls

My Blue Cross Pers Choice plan just became effective as of 1/1/05. Does anyone know if they cover wls? If so, was it a problem getting it approved? Keeping my fingers crossed for a yes :) Thanks for your time. Jodi
