Anyone get approval for a Tummy Tuck with Mail Handlers Insurance??

I am a Federal Employee and it is open season fro health benefit changes. May of 2003 Mail Handlers Insurance covered my gastric bypass surgery. Now I am to the point of needing a tummy tuck. Last year due to the cost I had to change insurance. But I am considering changing back to Mail Handlers. If anyone has had a tummy tuck approved by them I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.
