I FEEL AWFUL!! PLEASE HELP!!! STOMACH PAIN

I am 3 1/2 years post op, and was doing very well until July of last year. I got this dull stomach pain that is ALWAYS THERE!! It never goes away. nothing makes it better except pain killers. I've had every test in the book, my blood tests show all my levels normal. Nobody can find out what's wrong with me. It's a dull pain from my bellybutton up. my life is going down the tube. it's making me depressed. I don't have a gallbladder. I've had endoscopys, catscans, upper GI, and many more. They find nothing wrong. This is so frustrating. I don't know what to do. I'm so tired of being sick all the time. i just want to feel good again. i'm only 21 years old. if anyone has any ideas, please, please let me know. thank you. [email protected]
