IS THERE ANYONE OR HELP FOR ALL WEIGHT GAIN BACK,HELP

IT HAS BEEN 3YRS. WITH THE SURGERY I ONLY LOSS 30LBS.I WENT TO THE GYM AND WALK. THEN I WENT BACK TO THE DIET DOCTOR AND WEIGHT WATCHER. I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE LOSS MORE THAN 30LBS. I WAS NOT HAPPY. SO NOW OVER THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN UP AND DOWN AGAIN.PLEASE TELL ME IF SOMETHING CAN BE DONE TO HELP ME OR SHOULD I JUST GIVE UP. HAVE THE SURGERY EVER BEEN DONE OVER.IF SO I WANT A DOCTOR IN ATLANTA,GA. PLEASE LET ME KNOW
