Can I please get some diet help or tips?

I am not doing good with my weight loss since surgery on July 21,2004. Had gotten to 302 from 324 in 2 weeks. Got dehydrated and had to go back to hospital for 2 days. Went back up to 318 and lost back to 302, now I am 305. What is going on?????????????????
