Does anyone have a hard time keeping down Chicken, or any other meat?
I am 17 months post-op. I have lost 176 pounds and pretty much where I want to be at goal. I still have trouble eating meat. The best source of protein. It seems to just come right back up on me. I'm OK with cheese and other sources but can't figure out why this far out I can't tolerate meat. Even Tuna doesn't sit well. I can take in some fish such as flounder. I can't eat all that much at one sitting either. So have to eat several meals during the day. Anyone else like this?
