Has anyone had a sharp pain in their stomach area.

This pain is right in the middle of my tummy to the right of my scar. It does not hurt all the time. Just sometimes when I move or after I eat. It feels like a knife stabbing me in my ab muscle. I am 9months post op and I have no other problems. I need all suggestions because I do not have insurance and Its going to take alot of bad news to get me to go to the doctor.
