Please tell me about your experiences with Pilates.
My gym offers a Pilates mat (not machines) class. I'm thinking about trying it. Before I do, I thought I'd ask if any of you have tried Pilates and, if so, what was your experience. I am wondering if my time is better spent on aerobics and weights or if this form of exercise has benefits that I shouldn't pass up. Thanks for sharing your perspectives!
