How do you walk away the pounds, exactly?

I've always read good posts about the Walk-Away-the-Pounds videos, and I hope this doesn't sound too dumb, but what EXACTLY is involved in the exercise program? Is it walking in place? What's on the tape? Music? Scenery? Is there equipment involved? Even at the walk-away-the-pounds web site they don't talk about what the tapes actually have you do. How are they different than other low-impact aerobic exercise tapes? Thank you.
