Anyone been denied and hired Walter Lindstrom?(and won)

Has anyone been denied approval for gastric bypass because there wasn't enough documentation of supervised weight loss, nutritional therapy, increase in activity while supervised and relapse counselling, and then hired Walter Lindstrom and won the appeal?
