How or when do I get any energy back?
I had my open RNY gallbladder removal on 10/06/2003 and everything went well. Twenty four hours after I no longer needed any medication for my diabetes and high blood pressure and I have not had any major complication in which I'm happy and grateful for........But I'm so, so tired, I have no energy at all and I constantly feel like laying down to rest/sleep. I take Centrum multi vitamins, B-complex, Biotin, twice a day and B-12 once a week. My intake of Protein is around 80-90 gram everyday all together, I drink over 100 OZ of fluid in a 24 hour period. I force my self out for two daily walks (2-3 miles all together). I don't know what else to do to get some energy and I'm open for any advise. Tomorrow I will see my family physician for check up on blood pressure and blood sugar and I have an appointment to see my surgeon the 28 of this month (he is on vacation this week). Hope to get some good advise from all you wise caring people out there. Hugs and thanks
