I am having trouble staying awake after I eat

I am 25 years old and had my WLS in January of 2002. I started at 274 and am now 155-159. I am 5'4". I have PCOS and have been on 1000 mg of glucophage 2x a day for the last year or so. Lately, I get extremly tired after I eat. I can barely keep my head up. Last Friday I had to go home from work with severe nausia and couldnt stay awake. I was wondering if anyone else had felt like this. I have had no other problems with my WLS.
