What does this mean

please help me understand. i have just become active on husbands insurance and have a policy book that states exclusion as being 'for services, supplies for obesity, or dietary control, except for morbid obesity' my info from insurance uhc uploaded on computer tonight and i cant find any mention of it except "Weight loss programs whether or not they are under medical supervision. Weight loss programs for medical reasons are also excluded." IS THIS THE SAME AS surgical weight loss? please help im confussed. book says one thing, website says another ..i wouldnt consider surgery as a 'program' but not sure.
