Does anyone know of an over the counter headace medicine?

I am 6 weeks post op and have been getting headaches, I did get them frequently before as well. Is there a pill out there that anyone takes that is absorbed right away? I already take so many crushed pills a day I can't bear to add another to my daily regimen. Thanks.
