Looking for more info on Dr. Fallang, Middletown, OH

I would like any and all information you could give me about Dr.Fallang, Middletown, OH. My PCP doesn't want me to go to him and he won't really say why. I'm thinking it might be personal instead of proffesional. So far I haven't found out anything bad about him. Thanks, Robin
