Just starting soft/pureed food stage - how much should I be eating at a meal?
I'm about to make breakfast - scrambled eggs and refried beans, yum! - and want to know how much i should be shooting for to eat, just in case the ol' fullness-o-meter doesn't kick in? 1/4 c.? 1/3 c.? i'm still a baby with this eating, and am concerned my body won't tell me when to stop.
