AETNA PPO

I was wondering how far from goal where you when you had plastic surgery? I'm still 30/40 pounds from goal..Also with Aetna, reading there policy they say only covered unless medically necessary..I know I can get approved for tummy tuck..But my arms are a mess, there's no rash but I do tend too cut myself during shaving..Not sure if that would be medically necessary or not?
