Does any one have BCBS PPO state of Delaware who has this problem

I have BCBS PPO plan from the state of DE, I was told by insurance when I called to check coverage prior to pre-surgical clearance appointment that they would be covered excpet for the pshyc exam, with PMRI (Chrisitan Care the only place my surgon uses for this) PMRI also called and was told the same thing. Now that the bills have been submitted to BCBS we are told the pshyc exam was covered excpet for my copay but the rest of the visits I am having to fight to have them pay for them. Any one else have this happen? Any suggestions?
