HELP! I need a WLS friendly PCP in San Antonio, Texas!
I went to BTC in Wylie, Texas yesterday for my revisit (This is basically a second consultation.). Everything went really good. Except for the fact that I have gained 40 lbs. in the last 14 months. I wanted to die. This has caused my BMI to go up to 60. So now I need to see a pulminoligist. Well, I told her I could not afford to see one because they are so expenisve, and I have not met my deductible this year. So my doctor told me she would like for me to go to my PCP and have a PFT done. If I am not mistaken she said a PFT is a Pulminary Function Test. Am I right? The problem I have is, I have never seen my PCP. I have only registered with him. And I have since found out that he is not WLS friendly. I need help finding a WLS friendly doctor in San Antonio, ASAP! Can anyone help? Is there a website I can go to to find one? Can anyone recomend one? Thanks to anyone who can help! P.S. How do the do a PFT? Does anyone know?
